Clean and restore the colour of grout

As well as removing dirt from grout, our wall and floor grout cleaner can also restore the colour of grout. It can be used for grout on floor and wall tiling in your bathroom, as well as on grout between bricks.

HG grout cleaner concentrate is a buffered and synthetic cleaning product. Once left to settle on the surface of grout, you can easily and effectively scrub clean the surface. You can also see our ready-to-use HG grout cleaner.

If your grout still has some yellow or brown stains even after cleaning, you can try using HG limescale remover concentrate. For black mould stains on the grout in the bathroom, we recommend using HG mould spray or HG mould remover foam spray.

How do you use HG grout cleaner concentrate?

Follow the steps below for correct use of our kitchen and bathroom tile grout cleaner.

1. Dilute HG grout cleaner concentrate in lukewarm water at a 1:4 ratio.
2. Apply the floor grout cleaner to the grout with a brush or sponge. 
3. Allow the grout cleaner spray to work for a bit, scrub with a brush and wipe away the loosened dirt with a sponge and then rinse with water. It is important to rinse the sponge regularly in a bucket with clean water.

Dirty grout in shower cells and bathrooms is often caused by limescale. In that case, use HG limescale remover concentrate. For blackish grout use HG mould spray.
